To define the mailbox settings, select the account,

following:

My name
— Enter a name that is displayed before
your e-mail address when you send e-mail.

Reply-to
— Redirect replies to a different address.
Select

, and enter the e-mail address where to
direct the replies. You can only enter one address.

Delete e-mails from
— Delete e-mail messages
from the device only or from both the device and the
server. To delete e-mails after confirmation, select
Always ask
.
•
Send message
— Send the e-mail immediately or
when a connection is available.
•
Send copy to self
— Save a copy of the e-mail to
your remote mailbox and to the address defined in
Outgoing e-mail

Include signature
— Attach a signature to your e-

— Set the device to notify you
